Our story
Soul Breath merges two timeless elements: soul and breath. The soul, seen across cultures as our essence and life force, also embodies rhythm—the pulse that drives us. In music, it infuses emotion and meaning, connecting us to rhythm and melody, stirring deep feelings and a sense of elevation. Breath bridges body and spirit, anchoring us in the present. Through conscious breathing, we access a pathway to the subconscious, releasing tension and uncovering hidden emotions, fostering a deeper connection with ourselves. Together, soul and breath guide us toward healing, transformation, and connection.

Soul Breath emerged from my personal journey, exploring the creative and destructive energies within us and how they shape our experiences. Over the past decade, I have worked closely with artists, supporting them in bringing their projects to life and developing their full creative potential. Now, as I train to become a therapist, my goal is to help others reconnect with their voices and innate capacity for healing.

Struggling on my own path, I’ve found support in various healing methods—body-mind therapies, yoga, meditation, philosophy, art, literature, and nutrition. Though we face similar struggles, the path can often feel isolating. This is why I’d like to contribute to opening the conversation around mental health and to the creation of a society where vulnerability is a strength, and everyone's polarities are integrated without fear or judgment, seen as the expression of a work of art, perfected by the presence of light and shadow.

This led me to train as a yoga, meditation, and breathwork teacher, and I am currently training to become a practitioner in energy psychology and psychogenealogy. Somatic practices, breathwork, and meditation provide immediate grounding and transformation, bringing us back to the body and anchoring us in the present. Energy psychology and psychogenealogy uncover deeper patterns, allowing us to release their influence from the body and mind. Together, they offer a powerful, holistic approach, cultivating a deeper mind-body connection and helping us detach from our stories and constructed identities to live fully in the present. We create pathways for emotional release and growth, reconnecting with ourselves, others, and the world.

This project is still evolving. My vision for Soul Breath is to grow into a collaborative network of practitioners and researchers, advancing the understanding of breath and holistic health. Looking ahead, I aim to create a physical center—an inspiring space dedicated to integrative practices, community connection, and the nourishment of the body, mind, and soul —along with the Soul Kitchen project, a celebration of nutrition, starting with pop-up events offering carefully crafted culinary experiences designed to bring people together.
