The essence: Soul & Breath

Soul Breath brings together two timeless elements: soul and breath. The soul, understood across cultures as our essence and life force, also carries rhythm, the inner pulse that drives us. Breath bridges body and spirit, anchoring us in the present.

Through conscious breathing, we access a pathway to the subconscious, allowing tensions and hidden emotions to release, fostering a deeper connection with ourselves. Together, soul and breath guide us toward transformation, connection and presence.

Our integrated approach

Soul Breath offers a comprehensive and personalized approach. Together, we define the most supportive path, tailored to your unique needs, to encourage self-development, autonomy, and a more fulfilling life in the present.

Our work integrates a range of complementary, evidence-informed practices, including:

  • Somatic practices, which restore awareness of the body, support self-regulation, and facilitate the release of stored tension.
     

  • Breathwork, a central practice that supports deep physiological and psychological shifts, allowing embodied emotions and sensations to be met with awareness and care.
     

  • Energy psychology (including EFT), working with emotional patterns and limiting beliefs to support emotional release and greater freedom.
     

  • Psychogenealogy and transgenerational analysis, exploring inherited family dynamics and reshaping their influence on present-day life.
     

  • Nutrition, integrated as a foundational support for physical and mental well-being.
     

  • Meditation, anchoring attention in the present moment while cultivating awareness, acceptance, and compassion, softening resistance to what is.
     

Through the integration of these practices, we nurture a deeper mind-body connection. This process supports the release of limiting patterns and identities, opening space for growth, presence, and renewed connection with oneself, others, and the world.

Our philosophy

Founder and Therapist

My personal journey, exploring the creative and destructive energies within us and how they shape our experiences, gave rise to Soul Breath. Over the past decade, I have worked closely with artists, supporting them in developing their projects and creative potential. As a therapist, I now accompany others in accessing their full human potential through empowerment and personal transformation.
 

Along my own path, I have found support through body-mind therapies, movement, yoga, meditation, philosophy, art, and nutrition. While our struggles are often shared, the journey can feel isolating. This is why Soul Breath is dedicated to holding spaces where vulnerability is recognized as a strength, and where polarities can be integrated without fear or judgment, as the expression of a work of art, perfected by the presence of light and shadow.

Soul Breath is a living, evolving project. Our vision is to grow into a collaborative network of practitioners and researchers, continually deepening the understanding of well-being.

As the practice expands, we envision a growing team of therapists and specialists, as well as the creation of a physical center—an inspiring space for integrative practices, community connection, and the nourishment of body, mind, and soul.

The Soul Kitchen project, celebrating nutrition through pop-up culinary experiences that bring people together, is also an integral part of this vision.
