About Soul Breath

The essence: Soul & Breath

Soul Breath merges two timeless elements: soul and breath. The soul, seen across cultures as our essence and life force, also embodies rhythm, the pulse that drives us. Breath bridges body and spirit, anchoring us in the present. Through conscious breathing, we access a pathway to the subconscious, releasing tensions and uncovering hidden emotions, fostering a deeper connection with ourselves. Together, soul and breath guide us toward transformation and connection.

Our integrated approach

Our practice offers a comprehensive and personalized methodology. Together, we actively define the most effective path, tailored to your unique needs, to empower your self-development, foster autonomy, and guide you towards a more fulfilling life in the present. This is achieved by integrating a range of powerful, evidence-informed modalities that strengthen your inherent capacity for continuous growth, inner balance, and enhanced well-being:

  • Breathwork: As a core somatic practice, conscious breathing is a direct pathway to profound physiological and psychological shifts. It acts as a primary tool for revealing the body's wisdom, allowing us to meet embodied emotions and sensations with conscious awareness and gentle care. This approach fosters a natural release and provides immediate grounding, strength, and transformation.
     

  • Energy Psychology (including EFT): Utilizes techniques that work with the body's energy systems to address and release emotional patterns and limiting beliefs, enabling the deprogramming of repetitive behaviors and fostering emotional freedom.

My personal journey, exploring the creative and destructive energies within us and how they shape our experiences, led to the emergence of Soul Breath. Over the past decade, I have worked closely with artists, supporting them in bringing their projects to life and developing their full creative potential. As a therapist, I now aim to help others access their full human potential, enabling empowerment and personal transformation.​

​

​Struggling on my own path, I’ve found support in various healing methods: body-mind therapies, sport, yoga, meditation, philosophy, art,  and nutrition. Though we face similar struggles, the path can often feel isolating. This is why I’d like to contribute to opening the conversation around mental health and to the creation of a society where vulnerability is a strength, and everyone's polarities are integrated without fear or judgment, seen as the expression of a work of art, perfected by the presence of light and shadow.

Soul Breath is continuously evolving. Our overarching vision is to grow into a collaborative network of practitioners and researchers, continually advancing the understanding of breath and well-being.

 

As Soul Breath expands, our vision includes a growing team of dedicated therapists and specialists joining our practice, ensuring we can offer even broader support and expertise to our clients. Looking ahead, the vision also includes creating a physical center; an inspiring space for integrative practices, community connection, and the nourishment of body, mind, and soul.

 

Additionally, the Soul Kitchen project, celebrating nutrition through pop-up culinary experiences designed to bring people together, is an integral part of this future vision.
