This session is a deep exploration of the internal landscape where your experiences, beliefs, and emotional imprints take form.

Together, we make the unconscious conscious to uncover the roots of what shapes your reactions, relationships, and sense of possibility. Using neurosomatic tools such as energy psychology (EFT), transgenerational analysis, breathwork, and meditation, we work with the body, mind, and deeper layers of consciousness to release outdated survival responses and restore alignment in the present.​
