Online sharing circle

In the fullness of each month, when things have had time to unfold, we gather in a circle. A space to bring what is alive in us and to be heard, with nothing to fix.

This month, we look at what has grown in us since the beginning of November. The desires that became clearer, and the ones we still hesitate to name. And what we are ready to let go of, to make room for what truly calls us.

We arrive with breath, then share in two simple rounds. Each person speaks in turn, without interruption or advice, while the others listen. We close with a breath of release and a few moments of silence.

Nothing is needed, just an openness to hold each other’s presence with care. Speaking is always an invitation, never an obligation. Listening is also…
