On the winter solstice, when the night is at its deepest and the light begins to return, we gather in a circle. A space to bring what is alive in us and to be heard, with nothing to fix. As the year comes to an end, we look at what has lit up in us these past months. And what we are ready to leave with the year that ends, to step into the next one a little lighter.
We arrive with breath, then share in two simple rounds. Each person speaks in turn, without interruption or advice, while the others listen. We close with a breath of release and a few moments of silence. Nothing is needed, just an openness to hold each other’s presence with care. Speaking is always an invitation, never an obligation.
