Join the Journey: 5-Week Breath & Meditation Evenings
Starting the first week of March, I’m launching a weekly evening meditation class—a space to slow down, reconnect, and explore the depth of breath and awareness.
March is a time to gently awaken energy and prepare for spring by reconnecting with ourselves and the world around us. This 5-week meditation series will guide you through this shift, using breath and stillness to reset, open, and expand awareness.
Each week follows a progressive flow:
✨ Week 1: Grounding & stability – Feeling rooted and creating a sense of safety in the body
✨ Week 2: Awaken energy – Expanding breath, vitality, and creating space
