Join the Journey: 5-Week Breath & Meditation Evenings 

Starting the first Monday of March, I’m launching a weekly evening meditation class—a space to slow down, reconnect, and explore the depth of breath and awareness.

March is a time to gently awaken energy and prepare for spring by reconnecting with ourselves and the world around us. This 5-week meditation series will guide you through this shift, using breath and stillness to reset, open, and expand awareness. This class is guided by Sonia, breathwork facilitator and meditation teacher.


Each week follows a progressive flow:

  • Week 1: Grounding & stability – Feeling rooted and creating a sense of safety in the body

  • Week 2: Awaken energy – Expanding breath, vitality, and creating space
