Booking & Payment • Full payment is required at time of booking to confirm your session • Please arrive 5 minutes early for online sessions to check your connection Cancellation Policy • 48+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no cost • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or reschedule once at no cost • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund (except in emergencies) • Emergencies: We understand life happens. In case of genuine emergency, please contact us directly to discuss options • We appreciate your commitment to our scheduled time together
