Welcome to Soul Breath, a center for growth and transformation. I’m thrilled to open this space with the wish that it becomes a trusted and supportive environment for individuals and the collective! Through therapeutic practices, we aim to help individuals unlock full potential, rediscover inner strength, and cultivate meaningful connections.

Soul Breath is guided by a simple yet profound vision: Connect and transform. It brings together two timeless elements: soul and breath. Across cultures, the soul represents our essence and life force. In music, 'soul' conveys depth, rhythm, and emotion, fostering profound emotional connections through melody and harmony. Similarly, breath is revered as the bridge between body and spirit, anchoring us to the present moment. Together, soul and breath invite exploration of growth, transformation, and connection at every level of our being.
Why Soul Breath?
Trauma, stress, and disconnection often manifest as a breakdown in our relationships—with ourselves, with others, and with life itself. Soul Breath’s core purpose is to rebuild and deepen these essential connections. Through breathwork and somatic practices, we create the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect.

Soul Breath bridges ancient wisdom and modern science. Grounded in evidence-based methods like body-mind approach, our work emphasizes both the scientific and experiential aspects of breath. Neuroscience backs the connection between conscious breathing and changes in brain function. Additionally, the scientific foundations for fourth-wave therapies, such as EFT and energy psychology, highlight their role in regulating the nervous system, influencing the biofield, constructing new neural pathways, and facilitating the release of trauma and emotions stored in the body. Practices like breathwork are shown to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reduce cortisol levels, and promote neuroplasticity. This duality allows us to offer a truly holistic approach, where scientific understanding meets experiential learning.
What’s next for Soul Breath?
Currently, we offer virtual sessions and pop-up events, but we are working on introducing a regular breathwork program with focused themes and nature-based events for the warmer seasons. In addition to breathwork, we provide an individual therapeutic support. Our next plans include extending this approach to group circles, exploring together the dynamics of collective healing, compassion and connection. Alongside this, the vision for Soul Kitchen emerges as an integral part of the experience, offering nourishment through meals crafted with care and inspired by the elements. Inspired by the evocative energy of The Doors' song "Soul Kitchen," which celebrates rhythm, creativity, and the warmth of shared connection. Starting with pop-up events and community gatherings, Soul Kitchen celebrates the profound connection between food, healing, and community, eventually growing into a full-scale offering of balanced, seasonal, and grounding dining experiences. This dream, rooted in Soul Breath’s broader vision, includes collaborations with therapeutic practitioners, researchers, neuroscientists, wellness experts, and culinary innovators to make breathwork and holistic well-being accessible and empowering for all.

I’m Sonia, the founder of Soul Breath. Soul Breath grew from my own journey to find balance. Instead of searching for healing as an ultimate goal, I believe we find resources within ourselves and create space to perceive life differently. My goal is to help people strengthen their connection with themselves and others, navigating life’s challenges with more clarity. Let’s embark on this journey together—one breath at a time.
